Although this project is through the Fargo VA, it is not located on its campus. This project is a Design-Build off-site clinic located in Fargo, ND providing additional facilities and patient visits for the area’s veterans. An existing building was procured and will be renovated into the new medical clinic in downtown Fargo. As a Design-Build project, MDM and our design partners had to reconfigure the building entirely to meet all functions, codes, and contract requirements.
Work under this project started with design and coordination before any physical work began. After design completion, the first work items will include city utility additions and reconfigurations. From there, a full-scale demo down to dirt floors will take place. New foundations. flooring, walls, HVAC, sprinklers, and electrical systems will all be constructed. The exterior of the building will also be remodeled in appearance and entrances.
